OFFICIAL REFUND POLICY
South Coast Winery Resort & Spa Rhythm on the Vine Concert Series® is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN tickets. Our official policy states that there are NO REFUNDS for tickets.
All sales are final. There will be no reissues for lost or stolen tickets. The 2022 Rhythm on the Vine Concert Series®, at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, will take place RAIN OR SHINE. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance, however, acts are subject to change without notice.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to assume all risks associated with Covid-19 and other infectious and/or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria, or illnesses. Holder assumes all risk and danger including, without limitation, injury, death, personal loss, property damage, or other related harm. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who fails to comply with the terms and conditions and/or rules for the event in which this ticket is issued.
As the 2023 Rhythm on the Vine Concert Series® approaches, we will update ticket holders with any protocols that may be imposed on attendees. By purchasing a ticket, all attendees agree to comply with rules that may be imposed by Federal, State, or local agencies, as well as any requirements that festival organizers deem necessary to produce a safe and compliant event.
